Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the hair has been:
  • Worn
  • Installed
  • Styled
  • Washed
  • Altered in any way
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

If approved, we will offer:
  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
